package wasn't in that great of condition but didn't really care about that. great product got here incredibly fast way before the given date of arrival. Not missing anything and work great nice little camera to have or carry around.
This is especially good when they are talking to our two year old who is very animated and hard to understand over the phone. They both love the fact that we can go on skype for free and they can see and talk to their grandsons. This is a great way to stay in touch with your family without running up a phone bill. I bought the double pack as a mothers day gift for my mom and my mother-in-law and they both have said that this is the greatest gift ever. Neither one of them are very savvy on the computer and they were both able to get the camera set up easily. Our boys also love the fact that they get to see their grand parents and show them things that they normally would have to try and describe to them.
The lifeCam was easy to install. I've only had it for a month. The two for one price was great, as many sources offer this this item singly for the same price. Have not any problems with it albiet.
Set up was a snap and I had my wife's and my computer on Skype with video in about 20 mins. The pak arrived in three days with standard shipping. I liked them so much that I bought another pair for the office.
I really like it. I used another web cam and the picture was not near as clear.
